Where Can I Purchase a Skyblast B?

Where can I purchase a GMG Skyblast B at? They have bases everywhere and would like to ask if anyone knows the base name/location where this high-powered machine gun of a ship weapon can be obtained? Thanks.

You can either buy one at Gas Miner Naha (I thought you could buy it there, if you can't, try Ogashawa), or you can take a mission at Ruiz, Omicron Beta. I prefer the last method :p
