Is it possibl to get Sabre/Titan/Eagle on SP BEFORE completi

title says it all....if you follow the storyline (and it seems it is inevitable) I can't seem to get to any of the places that sell those ships (namely Ruiz, Malta, Vogtland, Crete, Leon, Tripoli, Freeport 9)....anybody know if is is possible?

No.

when in SP, the max level u can get is 17 before te game finishes.

U can't buy the Titan/Sabre/Eagle short of Level 34 (I think)

but if u have about 3.5 mill in the bank when u finish the SP, then u immedielty level up to about Level 34/35

You can get there when you're freelancing around in between the missions

its not as high as l34 for sabre or eagle i,may be wrong on the exact figure but 32 and 30 respectively seems to be what i remember(34 for a titan)
anyway well above storyline levels even the hammerhead is beyond your reach

If you really MUST have a VHF for the campaign missions, you can of course start editing .INI files. I did that once, when testing the Cutscenes Disabled mod. Made the Eagle buyable on Manhattan with no level requirement, and edited the savegame file to have the credits to buy it.

i also had done that..
edit *.INI so i can buy stellito and flash pint at level 2..and buyable at planet pittburgh..
sabre and sunslayer torpedo luncher at level 10.. and buyable at Buffalo Base..

so except dromedary (almost) and dagger ( under progress ), i had finish the SP with borderworld ship..
