Planet Toledo SP mission only?

How does one get back to planet Toledo? Is there anything there? Or is it one of those places any good for the single player missions.

In an unmodded game, you can only get to Toledo in the SP game. No other way.

Except for mods.

I thought the system with Toledo was locked in sp.

He means that the place is only accessable in the SP campaign. It is locked up after you finish.
