I found the Hispania!!

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

I found the Hispania!!

Today I accidently stumbled on the Hispania! Or at least what remained of it. It is in the Omicron Alpha system behind the planet Malta. It is a large debris field with a mass of the ship floating out there. You can even fly in the hull of it! I hope that I didn't just show my stupidity if this has already been found. If you can tell me how to post pictures, I got several of them.

It has been found...numerous times by most here. I suggest you delete this post as quickly and as quietly as possible

If ya wanna have some fun, haul the Hispania off somewhere else so the folks will have to hunt for it again.

Good job, but can you find the other 4 sleeper ships?

The last word is mine. Always.

they're all embedded somewhere on the capitol planets methinks.

Or maybe you should look for all 8 and then post pictures of each one.

Yes all '8'. Either the missing 3 are lying wrecked somewhere near Sol or that bartender had a bit to much cardamine. Either way it would be a bit diificult to find them.

Yep. Um huh. Yes. Now I truely feel like an idiot. I don't think I can be more embarrassed. Well, maybe if I said something like "I can get IN the Disons Sphere!" I might be, but it's not that likely.

It said there were only 5 in the intro movie. I don't know where you got 8 from.

There's a rumor on Malta about there was 8 sleeper ships, 3 were destroyed by the coalition blockade. I think, though, that they forgot to get rid of that rumor when they changed the story, as there's only 5 in the intro.

I really think someone should do a mod that just puts in xtra sleeper ships so that we can find those!

I want to see the Camembert, the Dolcelatte, and the Jarlsberg. ok i know that's a bit cheesy.. (cheesy; they're cheeses, get it? ok don't bother)

What do you think the debree fields in New York are

the junkyards in New York are just random stuff they forgot to explain fully. (maybe debris from Ft Bush or Norfolk Shipyards?) But in the Texas system near the California jumphole is a debris field which is the remannt of a Jump Gate.

On another note, when on Manhattan, you can see a large triangular building just behind where yuour ship is parked. Thats the Libety. (Manhattan obviosly reconstructed it) you can even see the two stabilizer wings.

I can't find the remains of the others though in Bretonia, Kusari and Rheinland.

This has probably been already explained, but in the intro, when the 5 ships break out, they go to hyperspace or whatever. Then, when they arrive in the Sirus Sector, they are spread out over huge distances (we're talking light years here.)

Can anyone explain why this could be?

I reckon that as jump technology was more primitive during the Alliance-Coalition War, and Sirius was at the time a long way off and it took years to get there, the journey was broken into stages for the jump engines to recharge, repairs to be made etc. and this would have provided an opportunity for navigational corrections and alterations.

Which of course does NOT explain how Atticus Rockford was supposed to have got there in his little ship, in the original intro, although it does explain the Order's preparation for the Nomad.
