That is just a few minutes earlier in the same campaign mission. You meet Blix & Co. on Planet New Berlin, and after picking up Von Claussen on Planet Holstein you go to Bruchsal Base.
Incidentally, Bruchsal is also the only place where you can buy the Stiletto. It is a pity that the designers forgot to enable the forward-firing turret hardpoint (which is enabled on the Dagger and the Sabre). That would make the Stiletto much more appealing.

Thanks for correcting my false info. Thankfully I hadn't gone to get it. Something about me and Rhineland that doesn't mix well. Maybe it was the fun of carrying that load of Alien Artifacts to Manhattan while avoiding the trade lanes to avoid the "I'm commencing a scan..." messages.

I found the Sunslayer at Brushcal, but I need a good rep with the Bundshuh. I know you get that at Yanagi Depot in Sigma 13, but I don't have a good rep with the Junkers. Where can I get a good rep with the Junkers?

I can't get a good rep with the Hessians because I have an excellent rep with the Corsairs, and I get a better rep with the Corsairs in Omega-5 by fighting Hessians.
Unless....oh yes...I could get a good rep with the Hessians at Freeport 5, Omega 41, get the Bundschuh rep at Vogtland, go to Leon base in Omega-41 and get a better corsair rep, then repair my rep.

Try shooting down a few dozen Bounty Hunters. Killing Bounty Hunters improves your reputation with everybody. After killing four or five dozen of them (if you also avoid killing anybody else), everybody will be neutral to you (meaning that nobody will shoot you on sight--except for the Bounty Hunters of course). I don't know if there's an upper limit to how much it can improve your reputation, but if there isn't, then a couple hundred Bounty Hunter kills will make everybody green with you.
