Where can i get Vengence Mk IIIs? (or IIs)

Yeah, ive been looking all over Liberty for them, even in wrecks, but i still cant find them. Do you know where i can get them?

you can get them both at willard research station in california

and you can get the MK II's at Manhattan.

is willard station still open outside the storyline or in Open SP mod ?
Which stations are "closed"?

Look at your NavMap... It it shows up on that, it stays there. So Willard station is open before and after SP.
