Jem''Hadar Phaser (Class 10)

im using the rebalance mod, and i cant figure out how to mount, or even buy, Jem'Hadar Phaser (class 10). Its buyable on Moon base in hte Sol system. Has anyone been able to mount or even buy this weapon?? it looks very impressive

hull damage: 45
shield damage: 67
range: 2000m
speed: 20,000 m/s (wow!)
refire: 10,000
energy usage: 22

Also, im having the same problem with the federation standard phaser, which is just a lighter version of jem hadar.... also the same place: moon base

The Jem'Hadar Phaser can only be used on cap ships. I have used it on the Defiant and anything larger. Don't know about gunboats.

want something similar? get the Thor's hammer. it's on some wreckage, can't remember name though. it's level ten, just as fast, and pretty badass.
