New Tokyo Diamonds

Now this is really petty here... But can someone please go into the game and tell me how much Diamonds cost there? Actually confirm it for me? I think mine is different from everone elses...

If it wasn't for the inky blackness of the night you wouldn't appreciate the brilliance of the stars...

They cost 1650 per unit. You know, info on all commodities can actually be found here at TLR from the main page.

OK, I'm not joking here, but in my version on New Tokyo they're 990.
Leeds has the "Best known Price" tag on it, at 1,275
Edit:
Quote form Lutz: But can someone please go into the game.

Has someone done that? I sware, in my game Diamonds cost 990 on NT.

Lutz, this is very strange. And it must be pretty rare as well because there would be a huge outcry in the forums if there were something that b0rkens the diamonds/niobium run for some players ...

What does it say about diamonds under 'commodities buying' if you pick Planet New Tokyo from the nav map?

Are you running with any mods, or did you use any mods in the past that altered trade prices and may not have been completely removed?

Or maybe some vestigial remnant of DA code to implement a dynamic economy in Freelancer somehow got triggered for you...

you can buy dimonds from as little as 199$ at vogtland base dresdan and if you can get them to all the way to planet Newtokyo the fetch 1500$+. prices do vary from game to game but by no mor than 50$ or more. buy yourself a frighter like a humpback you can make yourself 350k a trip

Wodan, the prices do not vary. full stop. If they did it would make the commodities page here (that dragonbreath linked to) worthless.

I remember reading on one of the rebalance mod updates that they had made the berlin/tokyo and cadiz/berlin runs less powerful to make trading harder. Maybe you have that installed or a mod that used the same idea.

Sybots right, the prices don't vary one jot.
I'm currently running Rebalance, but they were this way before I even downloaded that. And as far as I know rebalance doesn't moddify commodoties one little bit. As I don't have anywhere to uplaod it it won't work, however I can screeny it, drop it into a jpg and mail onto someone to have a look at? Just to make sure I'm not losing my mind? Or if some one could host if for a couple of days maybe? I got the screenies here. I'm gonna uninstall rebalance and try the original saved game in a while
