where can i but small arms the cheapest?

i was wondering about where i can buy small arms for the cheapest. i had a trade route in mind but i need a cheap place to buy the small arms. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

btw, this is my first post here and i think that this site is shibby.

Detroit Munitions, New York system.

The only place where light arms are even cheaper is the Texas jumphole in the badlands. But there it is better to buy Cardamine or Alien Organisms since these cost the same and sell much better right there in New York.

thanks for the help. i planned on running small arms to malta and then picking up cardamine to bring back to manhattan. detroit should be alright for making it a lucrative route.
