OK, look on your Player Status screen. (F8)
See where it says "Level Up" or something (Under your net current worth) if it;'s a monetary value you need to earn that amount to get a level up. If you've finished SP and it says mission land buy a commodity and sell it somewhere, or take a bar mission, and that'll shift it. (Minor bug)
After SP you've got plenty left to explore. All the Tau systems, the Omega's, the Sigma's (Sigma 13 is fun) and the odd Easter Egg or two not to mention the best fighters in the game.

If it wasn't for the inky blackness of the night you wouldn't appreciate the brilliance of the stars...

Has something to do with the patch. It's a serverside patch, so if you don't run a server, you don't need it.

Thanks. I was just getting into the game and plan to stay awhile. I'll take a mission so I can level up again. Seems like the first 13(I think) SP missions are not enough, this is a big place!
