a cruise disrupter is actually a bare cruise engine outfitted with some sort of charge that disables the cruise engine specifically. that is why they are so hard to outrun... i hate them so much i don't even have one mounted. most often if my enemies are trying to leave - i don't want to stop them anyway... lol

i need to look at my manual - i had no idea they would release automatically...
