Where Exactly can I find a VHF?

Ok, I'm looking for the elusive Titan, but I have no idea where I should even start looking. Could someone give me the exact location of a base where I can purchase this craft.

And if you don't feel like looking at the list, here's a quick run-through of the VHF locations:

Hammerhead: Friestadt Outpost, Omega-7 (IMG)

Sabre: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha(Outcasts) -or- Vogtland base, Dresden(Hessians)

Eagle: Freeport 9, Omicron Theta(Zoners)

Titan: Planet Crete, Omicron Gamma -or- Leon base, Omega-41

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
