Help Help stuck at level 8

in the single player game my worth is 60,000 plus and itsays to advance i need 54000 so why havent i advanced to the next level

i have a heavy fighter
i ve kill 136 enemies

helpl help help

eh....just keep on getting more money, find some wreaks or something. I found that it's not the amount you need to get, because after the first two missions, I had over 30,000 credits and I still needed to get more cash. Once I had over 200,000 and I needed more.

If you have applied the patch then re-install FL. You don't need to go thru the hassel of uninstalling, just re-install and make sure you back-up your saved games. You are given the option to delete them but just to be safe.

I had the same problem and it was at level 8. As soon as you have re-installed, just buy something, a commodity is what I did, and you should level up. No problems with the game after that.

The patch is only for people who are running servers anyhow.
