possibility of leveling up in the story line

hi all

complex topic name, easy question:
i want to end the story campaign with an eagle...
i've already got the money...throught artifacts though, but i'm still at level 11 and if i get to the point that says i need a mission to level up i can't get a mission from the bar, because i have already a mission(story)
is there a possibility, without a mod, to level up to 30 without finishing the story before?

i hope you folks can help me

Its impossible because some level requirements are finishing the missions. If you cant get to level 16 because it requires a mission then you certainly cant get all the way to 30.
