Get Stuck in Mission

After going to Willard Station with Juni we have to go back to California Minor, there somy Navy dudes say something and my objective becomes, AWAITING NEW OBJECTIVE! I have been waiting for ages and nothing!!
U guys know what to do??

Fix your sound. If the game cannot play a mission-critical sound file then it will not proceed, and the scene you are in is notorious for being susceptible to sound problems. Look in the tech issues forum for solutions.
