I offer to open an official thread for the expansion spoilers.
so, my first question is, can anybody list the places where we can buy freighters with 300 + cargo?

no , because they don't exist (for purchase) in an unmodded version of the game
the best freighter to buy is the Dromedary with a cargo of 275 available at the mactan base(lane hackers) in Magellan.

If you are getting a freighter to trade for money then maybe you should get the most powerfull ship and weapons and stay at Freeport 10 and shoot all the Outcasts you see, then go into Freeport 10 and sell, then do it again.

ooooor you can just buy the Dromedary and go Sirius(ly) Trading (heh).
