Best Heavy Fighter Shields???

What are the best heavy fighter shields and where can I find them? I wanted the Adv. Champion Heavy Fighter Shields but I have been told they don't exist.

Brigadine H. F. Positron Sheild, sold at Planet Malta and Crete and various Pirate bases.
