Just wondering

When I play online and I'm looking throught the player list and location, ocasonally I see ???? under location instead of a system name like New York or Colorado or Unknown! What system is that I really wanna know because its been pissing me off for days! And every time I ask the person where they are the prick doesn't respond! Please help.......

They're in a system you haven't been to yet. (not too sure)
