Tau-31, sector 4B. You can actually see the planet from the Leeds jumpgate, and there are also a derelict tradelane and a path with hazard buoys leading to it from there. It is hard to miss.

Well just to make it known it's trade lane in contruction, not out of order...well it is out of order but direlect or however you spell it is normally meaning broken not being contructed.
