getting cargo jacked

i got 2 questions,
1. if you are green with a faction will they try to take your cargo
2.if you are outside their planet and they try to take your cargo with the planet shoot at you?

even if you are green with pirates they can still ask you to drop cargo :p

Sigh...I remember when 1 junker csv tried to take my 2 units of scrap metal from my fully equiped eagle... When I said no he said something about I'll pay for that and by the time I turned to face him he was going away and said something about not wanting to die..LOL

I was green with the Liberty Rogues because I was getting friendly with the Outcasts, and I was at Rochester Base in New York. I had an assload of artifacts I'd forgotten to sell when 3 rogues tried to get me to give them up.

Needless to say, the 3 of them and their Junker friends became useless piles of junk. The next wave of fighters was Xeno, who I dispatched easily. Last, I'd accidently blasted a roving bounty hunter with a torp, and had 3 hunters on me in the blink of an eye. They got scrapped. All because some asshole wanted my artifacts.

Let's not start with the police when I tried to land at Manhatten...
