Um, not sure what you mean by level 32 rep?

Your character level, decided by your net worth, can go up to 38 in the single player game when your net worth is around 2,900,000 I think

Your rep is how other factions like you or not on a scale of -1 to 1 with 1 being friendly and -1 being instantly attacked (although the game seems to stop at about 0.91 instead of the full 1)

Missions are graded by difficulty - is this what you mean? You don't have to be level 32 to do a 32 difficulty mission. You can accept any mission, but the harder ones will need top equipment to complete.

On my player status screen it says:
Current Level 32
Net Worth: 2.9million credits
Next Level Requirment: Mission

I was expecting a visit from Juni ages (when I had about 1million credits) ago but nothings happened so I just went exploring.

Ah, I see. The missions finished after Juni left you on Manhatten. That's it for the plot. Just explore now.

Where it says next level: mission, it's a glitch. Buy a commodity and sell it straight back and it usually disappears.
