Nomads on Earth

So hello everybody, that's my first post here so I hope Ihave the right to made this subject here. If haven't, juste deled this post mighty moderator

I want to made an hypothesis. It come from two observations :

1) I think that in 800 years you cannot forget where our human race come from.
So in the game I didn't find anything talking about the solar system and the coalition/alliance wars.

2) The story of Freelancer come after the story of starlancer.
I find the background of starlancer so.... stupid !
Yes. a fight beetween USA and Russia is outmoded in our days and in the futur ?

So that's why i made this hypothesis :
If nomads keep the control of russian etat major like they trie to do in freelancer to start the invasion of solar system by creat the coalition, that's will explain the story of Starlancer and it will be less stupid...

no ? well... I will return in my Space Hulk. Sorry

As to point 1, nobody talks about the Coalition because it isn't relevent. They're all concerned with more current events. The only reason the Hispania gets talked about is because the Outcasts and Corsairs have a feud going about an event that happened way back when.

Point 1:
The Battle of Hastings in 1066 was a turning point in Norman/Anglo-Saxon history. Vitally important as it shows how we effectively came to be where we are at this day and age, yet it isnt bought up in common conversation.

Point 2:
At the time of Starlancers creation, the Russia/USSR Coalition was the only viable "superpower" to take on the Alliance.
Who knows, if it was re-done today it could be the EU as the Coalition.

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.
