they do sell skyblast b... can't thing of where though... but you can loot them in omicron beta. In sector E4 there is a derilect ship called the Hosho Mera (or somthing like that). It has 2 escorts floating around it. One escort has nothing, the other one has skyblast bs (2 or them)
