If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

I don't know of any level 10 capable ships, but the Corsairs' Titan is the best armored ship and is an awesome fighter ( must be level 32 to use)

best simple is the corsair - titan omecron gamma, crete 12600 armour
next is the sabre, red hessian vogtland, dresden, or outcasts, malta, omecron alpha 10800.

my rep was max hostile, so couldn't even bribe to get these, and got the eagle 9900, zoners, omecron theta, freeport 9 [about 250,000

all cool ships are difficult to get to, save often

currently flying the eagle with barrier shield 6050, nomad energy blaster x2, diamondback x2 wrym2 x2, adv debilliator turret, ripper mine, starkiller torp [badly need sunslayer

Note to all that posted here: I would like to say that there is no single ship that is the best. Of the 3 ships that can mount class 10 weapons EACH has its own advantages. The Sabre has the best firepower because its turret can fire foward while the Titan is the best tank, and as a result flies like one. And the Eagle (my preference) is the most agile of the 3 and the theory behid that is, whats the point of having more firepower (Sabre) when u can hit it? And so what if you have an advantage in armor class 10 weapons tend to rip apart armor even that of the Titan and the ~3k advantage over the Eagle can easily be dealt with. That is why I, and others prefer the Eagle.

Though I'm not saying you should hop on the bandwagon I still think you should try all 3 if you can.

Courage isn't the ability to fly head on into the jaws of death with an arrogant smile. Its the ability to run away from a couple of Xenos and face the laughter.

i flew with all

Titan, massive armored ugly unmaneuvrable $776,380 costing ship, class 8 graviton shield included
Sabre, great hitting surface and masive destruction unit, cost $558,550 with class 7 graviton shield
Eagle, low armor and great maneurablility, cost with class 7 graviton shield $558,550

Eagle is buyable in freeport 9, omicron alpha
sabre is buyable on planet malta, omicron alpha and voghtland base, dresden
titan is buyable on planet crete, omicron gamma and leon base, omega-41

have fun destoying others

believe me, when u plop out of a jumphole and there's a slack handful of BHG waiting for u in Hammerheads, you'll be glad of that extra armour on the Titan as opposed to the maneouvrability of the Eagle. Plus a lvl10 shield is a big help!

tried all 3 top fighters, as I'm not a very good shot or pilot I find the Titan in Z-flight mode suits me best for slashing head-on attacks and sixpence turns. I use 2 Wildfires & 2 Prometheus for shield and hull damage and 2 Salamancas to maintain a lashing fire-rate. Haven't bothered with missiles for weeks now as they're too expensive and every time I fire off a top rocket I just see 5000 creds going up in smoke esp. if it gets decoyed off. Use a f***ing lot of mines though!

Sabre is an excellent fighter but just doesn't hack it against top BHG, Eagle is a bit on the flimsy side, Titan is a slug but it's a tough slug and once you leave Corsair or Outcast space it's top predator.

I'd rather evade the BHG fighters in a Hammerhead than soak up incredible repair bills in the Titan. The thing's a flying cinderblock, and just as hard to steer.

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
The look on that pilot's face when you launch a full pod of screamers up his tailpipe: priceless

Since the Hammerhead and the Eagle have exactly the same manouvrability, but the Hammerhead is lower on everything else (armour, nano, batt., weapon class, etc.) why bother with the Hammerhead at all? What is the point?

JUNI - Trent! Go and have a cold shower!

Let us not have a big firefight over which ship is better. This has been done before. Several times.

But having flown all three ships, i have found that my preferences have changed as i fly each one. I usually fly saber for the forward firing turret.
