Map "Hack"

Is there a hack or mod that allows you to view the whole Sirus Sytem map like in full with all the details? I know Reynan's mod comes with one but I was wondering if there was just one I could download.

i don't think there is a mod w/ every system (i may be incorrect) but there is a map of the systems as a whole (i.e., a map of the world vs individual nations where the map i'm taking about it of the world)
