I give up; Cutter mine?

Is it only purchasable at Unioner bases?

I see them with it all the time and I want it to complete my Valk green theme, but I must have killed 250 of them by now (they're only equipped on the Falcons in Rebalance), and I have a full supply of the mines but NO LAUNCHER.

There has to be some way to get this thing.

Get the Swatter mines instead - they're green too.

In the un-modded game you get the Cutter dropper at Leon base, Freeport 5, and Freeport 9.
