At which stasion/base can I find the Torpedo Launcers?

Almost all bases sell starkillers, but sunslayers are sold by bundusch. Search the forums for the location. You can't get them in SP until you are a fairly high level. You can't buy sunslayers at all in the campaign.

Spot on. However, if you have FLRebalance (and you should ) you can also get them at malta and crete, meaning you dont have to waste your time sucking up to the bundusch
