help with weapons

can someone tell me if i can get nomad weapons in a non-modded game? if so, where are they?

you kill nomads to get there weapons but:

1. you have to have a certain level for them to drop, 34 and above
2. you have to have a ship capable of bringing them down
3. helps if you are neutral with outcasts and corsairs as the nomads are in their systems near the unknown jump holes
