Loose end: extra bonus after mission 2?

At the end of mission 2, Juni says that the promised jumpgate access codes are being uploaded to your Neural Net. She also says something that sounds like 'You'll also find an extra bonus'. Is there an extra bonus, and if so, what is it?

I think she gives you a little more credits then she said she would.

It seems you also get a bonus in the very first mission where you escort the the transports to Pittsburgh if you stay & finish off some of the Rogues even though King says to retreat.

i always asumed she gave u every jump gate code because u dont get them from anywere else?
