Sorry for the duble post, I just checked the previously mentioned thread and it didn't have xeno bases. I know there is one in the sothern astroid field in the coldorado system. to the right of the jumpgate if I remamber right.

That base call oacy(How to spell...)base,you will meet it in lv2,I think it is inside a rock,but I been see a steel board,may be it...

Rogue Bases:
Alcatraz Depot, California
Montezuma Base, Cortez (cloud on opposite side of the star from Curacao)
Padua Base, Galileo (Reppu Cloud)
Dawson Base, Hudson
Buffalo Base, New York (Badlands)

Xenos Bases:
Ouray Base, Colorado (about 10k down from Pueblo)
Nome Base, Kepler
Barrow Base, Hudson

To find them, just go to your patrol map and head towards any spot where multiple paths terminate.

if u at a base, they say in the information of the base where other bases of them r, system and nearby with base/planet/jumpgate or sector
