a 3rd secret system

I know that there are two unknown systems and when you in them or if some1 else it it shows the system as unknown but i saw some1 in a sytem called ???? and when i asked him where he was he just said it was a secret so does any1 nkow where this secret system is, i know it isntthe omicron alpha, gamma unkown jumpholes

you see question marks against Systems and some Long names in the chat window after alt tabbing, its a minor bug. Repeat the alt tab to desktop to fix it usually.

maybe they have a custom system that they r at but the server or u do not have it installed

I found an Unknown Object (a jump hole) in the sigma 13 system. There is a Gas miner called Naha or Nago. between this Gas miner and Helgoland station is on the left side a Junkers base. When you go there the message Sensor bla bla reduced (sorry im from Germany and I dont understand this word. Nah wwhatever your sensor range s reduced then. Fly upwards you find a jumphole. I can't use it. The message Dock denied appears. Maybe you must be friendly to the junkers...

That's the jumphole from Sigma-13 to New Berlin used in the Single Player campaign. You can't use it in Multiplayer.
