jump hole "sigma 13-new berlin"

when I want to jump by clicking "dock" it says "access denied".........What do I have to do now?and no ship is using this jump hole meanwhile

I believe the Sigma-13 to Berlin jumphole is inaccessible in Multiplayer...were you playing Multiplayer?

If you want to find jumpholes, just follow patrols, you can see them in your map....
Where there are several patrol at the same point, it means that there is something like a station or a jumphole.....

the jumphole is between Brandenburg Border Station and Planet New Berlin

somewhere nearby the tradeline, a little bit nearby the sun

i don't know the exact coördination...
