Well if you check out this forum you will find all of your answers without having to ask the same old questions over again. But, I'll be nice and answer some.......the Hacker Rep, for one at the top of this forum is a listing of all the locations you can hack your rep with factions.........failing that........find out who thier friends are and help them and or who thier eneimes are and kill them. The HornViper MK II..............hmm............sorry can't answer that one. But the Champion Shield is easy...............you can't buy it or get it off of a wreck.........just like the Paralyzer Missile..........can't get the laucher anywhere unless you Mod your game.....then you can get the Champion shield, (both the regular and the Adv. and also the same for the laucher).
