Where For Weapons

Ok I just got the Hammerhead but where can I get the Krackens and Adv Debilitator for it.

Also where are the best shields

hmmm .... You can get Krakens on Planet Malta (Outcasts) if I remember correctly.

You can get the Krackens at Ruiz Base or Planet Malta, except the Krackens Type 2 which you can only get at Ruiz Base.

the Adv Debilitator can be bought at Detroit Munitions or Pueblo Station. The turret form can be bought at Graves station, Rugen station, Roppongi station, Shinjuku station, Yokohama Shipyard, Shinagawa station, Tsushima Depot, Yukawa Shipyard, Osaka Storage Facility, and Detroit Munitions.
