where can I find those weird guns that shoot big red fireballs?
and do they come in class 8-9?

I think you're referring to the prototype weapon Prometheus.

It's class 10, and you can find it on a certain wreck, but I'm not sure which, cause I forgot.

One wreck that holds the Pometheus is the Viking in Omicron Alpha. Its by the Hispania. Hispania is on the opposite side of Malta from the docking ring to the planet.
