Xenos and Junkers

Hello

I've read that it's good to kill Xenos if you want to the Junkers to like you more. So, thats what I do.

Question 1:
In which systems are there a lot of Xenos, besides Colorado?

Question 2:
I have plenty of money, but I simply can't find any "bribeable" people. Do you have to get them to Neutral, before you can bribe them, or something?
I think, I look for them the right places (New Berlin, gas Miner Naho, etc..).

Before I can offer more specific help could you tell me what your current reputation is with the Junkers and with the Xenos?

OK
The Xenos are 9 slots on the negative side
The Junkers are 7 slots on the negative side.
I don't know if there is somewhere, you can get an exact number, though.

Even though Xenos are listed as enemies to Junkers, it takes a LOT of Xeno kills to affect Junker reputation.

Junkers just consider them as nuisances but no real threat. It's better to kill Hogosha - they affect Junker rep more than any other faction, iirc.

Alright, but doesn't my killing of Xenos affect more groups in general, than if I start killing Hogosha? It would be more practical to gain rep with more than one group, even though it does take a little more time.
Just to have something to fall back on...
Let me add a question:
In which system is there a major presence of Hogasha?

Junkers are a problem. I think this is due to the bizarre hate triangle going on with Junker/Xenos/Hogosha. They all are unfriendly or enemies with each other. Therefore killing xenos boosts your rep with junkers but also boosts your rep with hogosha, which (i think ) has a negative effect on your junkers rep cause they hate hogosha. Anyway regardless killing xenos will have a better overall effect on your reps than killing hogosha cause nobody likes xeno apart from zoners. It is more fun to kill hogosha tho cause they dont fly such crappy ships as xenos and you will get better loot. The best place to go for hogosha is New Tokyo.

OK
Thanks for the tip (:
Should be friendly with the Xenos in no time...

there are alot of complicated issues with the reputation. According to the game, the corsairs are enemies with the outcasts. But both are enemies with the police, so you can easily be friendly with both of them. This is just a simple example.

Well, can anybody answer my other question?
Do I need the people, I want to bribe to be 100% Neutral? If so, I need to work hard a few more hours. ;D
At this point, I have the Junkers at 6 slots on the negative side.

I dont think there is any limit to how hostile you can be with a faction before you are allowed to bribe, i'm sure i've gone from full red to green with one before (not full green, however green a bribe get u to). The problem is that generally if you are hostile with a faction you will not be able to dock anywhere to get a bribe.

Check out either the Rep Hack List or Rep check/balance list for places to bribe people and interaction between factions.

I do know that the further from green you are with a faction the more the bribe will cost you, if you are 6 bars red it could cost over 100,000 for the bribe.

You cab bribe anyone, no matter how much they hate you. But the more they hate you, the more money you'll have to shell out.

You also have to bear in mind that if you bribe factions, you become less freindly with all their enemies. So bribing a faction like the Corsairs or Outcasts will annoy a lot of people, and bribing the Hessians will make you seriously unpopular with the Crosairs and most of Rheinland. On the plus side, bribing house police/military will boost your reputation with the whole house.

Hmm...
I've been reloading over 20 times in the New Berling bar to find a bribeable Junker, but none of the junkers I see wants to talk to me. They just tell me that they've never seen a worse rep... ;(

1> Colorado is the best, wander near Oulay base (Xeno base near New york Jumphole) and you will see them keep coming. (make sure you have deep cargo space cuz lots of goodies will floating around)

2> If your scale is in negative side but is neutral, only bartender will talk to you with bribe symbol on it. kill lots of Xenos and head to Rochester base in New York, then talk to bartender. Or head to Buffalo base in New York and talk to one of Junkers.

OK.
Lots of my question has been answered here...
But I still have one more question
How high/low rep do I need to access a base? Total Neutrality? A little below total neutral?
