What is the best missile in the game + where can i find it...
Also, where is the best turret in the game + where can i find it?

Check out Ensigns weapons post for the complete list of guns/turrets/missiles.

One thing to remember tho is that you cant actually get the paralyzer missile launcher. It is on the wrecks where you get the missiles but someone (i think it was the haen) says that the launchers are wing mounted and the wings are removed from wrecks. So the best one you can fire (non-modded) is the firestalker.
