Level 10 shields sold at ... ?

I haven't found any bases selling graviton or molecular sheilds of level 10 (Adv. Champion / Adv. Barrier). Where are they?

There actually is 1LVL 10 shield in the game, its a positron shield, which means it protects against Tachyon and Neutron guns, its called the Adv. Brigindine shield and its sold at Cadiz Base, Planet Crete, and Planet Malta, it costs 312,000 credits, so have your wallet ready.......
These are its Stats
8280 Armor
182 Regen Rate

They sell it at Ruiz Base in Omi Beta, too... I think.
