You dont want to be Friendly with anyone, more like neutral. I try to keep my Rep balanced so that I'm neutral with most and Hostile with atmost 3, usually Buschal Xenos and a minor House, all the rest are neutral.
I get that way from the begining of the game, NB this is online harder offline but still possible.
Shoot up a load of police/navy/bountyhunters to get Lanehackers neutral. By that time Rogues/Outcasts will be as well.
Then I can safely do my safe 3 point trading run, from Manhattan to Honshu and back to the Lane Hacker base. Once I've enough cash then it's a case of attacking who has no Allies to fix Reps if and when required.
