Empathy Numbers Spreadsheet
Hi all! Long-time lurker, first-time poster.
What I've done is compiled all the numbers in empathy.ini into a clean organized spreadsheet format. This makes it much easier to see who you're going to piss off when you attack people. This is ONLY the raw faction-vs-faction numbers; I do NOT know exactly what effects they have as related to various events, nor exactly how the mission-related factors in empathy.ini work.
The chart would be very unwieldy to post here; here's a link to it in HTML format.

Here's the Excel spreadsheet that generated it, if anyone's curious to see the PivotTable and the VB code that did the work. It's also a bit easier to use in Freeze Titles mode in Excel than as the giant HTML table.
