Sorry, don't know the exact cordinates but.....if you come out of the New Berlin Jump Gate just turn to your right and head into the giant cloud. It's radioactive so be careful. Once you go furhter in you'll run across at least 2 derilect ships with some goodies and soon you'll be crawling with Hessians, (if you're hostile), otherwise find one and follow it bac to the base or you could just fly toward the center of the cloud.....your HUD should pick it up, Wait, better yet.....enter the system and click on your Patrol Routes, whatever the Hessians are to you, (Friendly, Neutral or Hostile), follow the patrols routes to where they all intersect......you'll find the base for sure. Hope this helps.
