How to get friendly with the Corsairs and outcasts

Hello. I want to try and get friendly with the Corsairs and outcasts at the same time. Can anybody tell me how to do that without making the house police and corporations angry? i know you should kill hessians and Xenos, but where can i find someone to hack into my account and make me friendly with either the corsairs or outcasts??

These guys are easy to get friendly with

Kill Red Hessians (try in Rheinland) to get friendly with Corsairs, then kill Xenos to get friendly with Outcasts and Red Hessians (try around Colorado).
