asking for help on some Equipments

Hi all, i am a newbie in this forum(been a CD-ROM b4~~), I had got many interesting things in the game (Lv 10 weapons, Eagle, Lv 10 Shield, etc.) but i am still missing some good stuffs:
1. Adv. Champion H.F. Shield (Lv 10)
2. Sunslayer Torpedo

can anybody kindly tell me where can i find/buy those stuffs? i had try all of the Omicron / Unknown systems (where i think is most likely selling those) but still can't find them. Thanks a lot~~

you cannot buy the lvl 10 champion shield (without modding the game)

sunslayer torp is found in the frankfurt system at... can never remember the name of that damn base. but ot looks like a foating rock and starts with a 'b'.
