I've already succesfully altered the empathy.ini file during SP.

But I don't think the same will work too for MP. There's another file called initialworld.ini that holds the faction empathy rates, I guess. You can alter that just to start, but during game that will not work.

Or maybe I've got that all wrong Is there a way to alter the empathy rates during an MP-career, like in SP?
