Not the fastest route (20-25 min each way) but all you need to do is get barely neutral with the Outcasts and they'll never try to jack your cargo since it's worthless to them. Also if you take the shortcut through Kyushu you can avoid most of the Lane Hackers along the way.

Don't know how this works on a time/profit basis and someone else may have posted this route in a previous thread, but here is a route that's made me a whack of money: Denver: buy Luxury Goods--->Planet Honshu; Honshu: buy Engine Components/or Optronics(one of the 2, don't recall which one)--->Planet Cambridge; Cambridge: buy Luxury Food--->Denver.
