I got a pair and I found them in Omicorn Alpha. They are in one of the wrecks around the Unknown Jump Hole.

I just picked my pair up. It's in the dead center of the radiation cloud. It's the wreck furthest to the right of the unknown jump hole. Expect to fight one or more squadrons of Nomads in your attempt to retrieve these weapons. There are about twenty to thirty wrecks in this area, so I recommend you use your navmap to check the wrecks. Bear in mind you can scan the ship from a distance to check for weapons, then target the one with the Cerberus, get in, shoot it, tractor the weapons, and get outta there. Fortunately the Nomads have no CD missles so you can easily outrun them, especially in a Titan.
