Grrr hacker reputation...

I'm trying ot get a Dromedary but its a pain the ass to do. I've got a rhino right now and 200k ready to bribe, but I can't find any place that I can reach (without dying) to bribe them. I'm on freeport 4 right next to the base but no dice. Is there a relatively close base I can use some money to bribe?

Quickest way is attack enough police and navy ships to get them neutral. NB dont attack them near bases/trade lanes/jump gates or they will Stay hostile. You do that at the begining when its easier usually.
