How to get outcast/hessian faction?

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

How to get outcast/hessian faction?

I'm fairly new to the game, just beat the storyline, and am now trying to get a sabre/titan. But the bases that sell them , well, don't like me.
What is the fastest, best way to gain faction with the outcasts and Hessians so I can gain access to these ships.

I've just made a character to work as a pirate with Rogues, Outcasts, Junkers, Hackers, Xenos etc. The best way I found was to hang around in Liberty near the Colorado gate and attack every single trade convoy and police patrol that comes through. It is really easy here even in the starflier you start with. Doing this gets you on good terms with the Rogues and Junkers who have bases in this area. Then you can do jobs against the Police, Bounty hunters and Navy to make the Outcasts and such like you more.
This does mean that the police really hate you as do most of the corporations, but who needs them with such a range of pirate bases availiable.

P.S The Dagger is the best looking ship in the game I reckon. I want one that takes up to level 10 guns etc.

Jumping_Jew, can't you just buy a Sabre? I am pretty sure it is a Dagger with added fins.

How to get outcast/hessian faction

refer to topic "Rep-Hack List"... I htink that topic should be written differently like "Reputation bribing manual"

Kill Xenos. Watch Zoner rep carefully, go bribe em before they turn hostile.
Then go to Dublin and kill Mollys. If you are planning to go Pirate,
then attack the Bounty Hunters as many recommend. If you plan on exploring
without fighting BH in every system, all the bloody time, then don't do it.

There is a download on this site that is called something like "alliances" {Created by Stone Pariah ([email protected])}. It shows faction adjustments according to destroying ships from other factions, and stuff like aborting missions, failing missions etc.

I'd try looking at that.

It says that Hessians are most affected by destroying
Corsairs, Daumann, Kruger, Rheinland Military, Rheinland Police, Republican, Bounty Hunters, Interspace... and a handfull of others to a lesser extent

It says the outcasts are affected by
Navy, LPI, LSF, B. Police, BAF, BMM, Bowex, Cryer, Gateway, Interspace, Planetform, DSE, GMG, Spa & Cruise, IMG, Kishiro, Bounty Hunters... and others (boy these guys have a long list of enemies)

I have no idea how accurate the excel spread sheet is, but I hope this helps.
