Why am I always friendly with Ageira?

Why am I always friendly with Ageira?

I am friendly with:

Xenos, Bundschuh, Corsairs, Red Hessians, Liberty Rogues, Outcasts, Lane Hackers, Zoners, Hogosha, and Unioners... In the middle of ALL of this, I am up to the max. being friendly with Ageira.

Anyone else have this? Bug, perhaps?

You must have killed lots of Bounty hunter and do missions for a few other main factions (like the police house..)
