Isn't it next to the ring at planet new berlin? there is a place attached to "the ring" and its called something shipyard. if im wrong feel free to slap me with the fish of your choice (preferrably a largemouth bass).

Oder Shipyards is a Rheinland Military Base located in New Berlin, orbiting the Planet New Berlin. It is physically connected to The Ring, which is a Daumann Heavy Construction Base (actually their HQ). Just look for a huge ring-like structure near New Berlin, and click on it. If it says "Oder Shipyard", then you're there. If it says "The Ring", then just click on the opposite side, and you should get the Shipyards.
